BAB ALSARAY Automatic Gates & Barriers Trading LLC – Return & Refund Policy

At BAB ALSARAY Automatic Gates & Barriers Trading LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process smooth and fair.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged during delivery, or does not match the order specifications.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered products.

  • Installed, modified, or used items.

  • Spare parts or accessories purchased separately (unless defective).


2. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at +971 52 726 6978 or email info@alsaray.ae with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will arrange inspection or collection (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, you may either return the product to our store or arrange pickup (charges may apply for non-defective returns).


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

If you prefer, eligible items may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).


5. Warranty Claims

Products covered under manufacturer warranty will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the warranty terms.
